Guard tower and water tank

The remains of a guard tower and, from the other side, a tank for fire-fighting in the Ketlar camp. In the case of the guard tower only the supports and ladder have survived; however, thanks to the relatively low vegetation the barbed-wire fence that bordered the entire camp perimeter is easily visible.

On the opposite side from the guard tower a large wooden tank reinforced with iron hoops is visible. It served as a water reservoir in the case of fire. Similar tanks were found in most labour camps.
